To ensure our customer’s satisfaction, Simply Fab Dress offers Returns and Exchanges. We understand you have a choice in online shopping and are grateful you've chosen to shop with Simply Fab Dress.

Our returns process is quick and easy, simply follow the steps outline below.

Request a return by emailing customer service at service.simplyfabdress@gmail.com.

Returns must be requested via email only-- service.simplyfabdress@gmail.com.

Once your request has been received, you will be emailed a confirmation and a return authorization number.


Once you you've been granted a return authorization, mail the return dress to Simply Fab Dress within five days after request was granted.

Please do not ship return item without requesting a return authorization number.

Please be sure to use a trackable shipping method. Note: Simply fab is not responsible for the cost to ship return items. However, If your return was due to company error, wherein you receive an incorrect or damaged item; simply fab will reimbursed the cost to ship return item.

To qualify for a return, Request must be made within three days after receiving your purchase. If three days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange. Please note: Items marked “Closeout” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Requirements to be eligible for a return or exchange;

1. Return item must be unused and in the same packaging received 
2. Return authorization must be requested within three days
3. Items must be return with all tags attached as received
4. Items must be free of damages, stains, rips and tears or missing beading.
5. No Returns/exchanges on products Label "Closeout" 
6. No Returns/exchanges on Jewelry, Hair accessories, veils and bridal belts. 

Simply fab dress offers a full store credit on returns for exchange (Excluding shipping cost) Please note:Shipping cost cannot be refunded.

Wedding dresses are subject to a fifteen percent 15% restocking fee with any return or exchange. 

Once your return package has been received, it may take 2-3 business days to process your return.

If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP and we can offer you alternate options. 


Store credit is valid for 3 Months after the issue date. Store credit is considered a payment method and can only be used for purchasing merchandise, it cannot be used towards shipping costs.

To use your store credit, enter the code in the box called "Promotional Code" in your Shopping Bag. Click the button called "Apply Code" to see the new adjusted price once the code has been applied.
